Cliven Bundy The Welfare Cowboy.

Right wing extremist, Sean Hannity, took a swing at Ed Schultz and Al Sharpton, because they disagreed with Hannity's reckless coverage of, Bundy, an alleged criminal. Bundy, the welfare cowboy, decided he was above the law, and going to opt out of paying his grazing fees. For nearly twenty years, Bundy has decided he does not recognize the Federal Government. After 20 years and numerous court orders, the BLM came to collect his cattle to remove them from the land he does not own. Also, taking the cattle for payment, as Bundy owns the taxpayers nearly $1 million in grazing fees. Fox News, Sean Hannity elevates Bundy above heroism. However, he's anything but a hero. Again Bundy does  not own the land but, if Fox News says he, Bundy, is in the right: Present the deed to the land. Moreover, present records of paid property taxes. He cannot because he does not own the public land. At the same time, Bundy claims that it is his “privilage” to graze public land without paying. Of course, this couldn't be further from the truth.
"The Taylor Grazing Act of 1934 specifically states that the issuance of a grazing permit does not confer any right to graze or right to own the land. The Taylor Grazing Act is the granddaddy of the U.S. laws governing grazing on federal land. “Taylor” was a rancher and a congressman from Colorado, hardly someone to want government tyranny over ranching.(1)."
As the aforementioned, provisions of this subchapter, grazing privileges recognized and acknowledged shall be adequately safeguarded, but the creation of a grazing district or the issuance of a permit pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall NOT create any RIGHT, title, interest, or estate in or to the lands.
Not only does Bundy not own the land, he has no right to graze on land he has not paid to graze on.
It's amazing the right calls Obama "lawless" yet they defend an openly defiant lawless man. Bundy is a terrible, terrible guy. Anyone who riles up folks as a call to arms operation can be seen as a domestic terrorist; especially when considering the courts have already ruled, he is in violation of the law. Why do I, and others refer to Clievn as a terrorist? Because he's in contempt of a court order, threatening law enforcement and innocent BLM workers for doing their jobs.
A man with that much influence over people is a scary dude. Hannity defends this man because, he is opposing the Federal Government. Hannity and others would be willing to do the same. Screw laws, court orders, law enforcement officers etc.,  According to Cliven paying for land he does not own is a violation of his rights. Ask the Native Americans if the land is yours, you freak show.
Ed Schultz tells it as it is, and Hannity cannot stand facts. He cannot stand anyone who calls him out with facts, evidence experts and the law. So what does Hannity do in response to facts? He points the finger at Schultz because he cannot adequately defend Bundy with the law and facts. The next best stance it to attack the messenger because you cannot refute them.
