#BlackLivesMatter Activists Crash Jeb Bush campaign Event in Nevada

Recently, the Black Lives Matter movement has been crashing hopeful presidential events while on the campaign trail, and the way in which candidates deal with the group is telling to say the least. At least twice, BLM took, to the stage, to challenge Bernie Sanders and to raise awareness to issues affecting black  Democratic voters. Hillary Clinton met with some of the BLM activists in private, which I thought was professional. Most candidates have one thing on their mind, how can I make as little change as possible and make as much revenue as possible. Presidential candidates talk big about helping African Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, young folks, the impoverished, disadvantaged, but when they get into office, we feel the heat of the back burner.

How many times will we elect people who couldn't care less about our situational circumstances? How many more impoverished youth born in the clicks of Bill Clinton's failed war on drugs realize the streets are his future? Will we as a party ever see eye-to-eye on these issues, or as a country for that matter?
It doesn't seem fruitful at least not within the foreseeable future, which is precisely why BLM is trying so hard to push racial inequality to the front line of political conversation within regard to the disproportionate number of arrests of Blacks for the same offense as whites, only whites, by in large, are not detained in the same volume as Blacks. The prison industrial complex is nothing more than modern day slavery. Today, a higher number of black men are in jail than there were black slaves during the time of the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade era in the U.S. One has to wonder why that is, but the answer is simple, there's a racial bias, and even if they don't want to admit racial inequality, it doesn't mean the disparity and vulgar reality doesn't exist.

Other the other hand, Republicans say that if we stop talking about race, it will simply go away. Because that has worked so well for the past 400 years, right? Some conservatives don't understand part of the KKK's agenda was to keep blacks entirely; shut up and don't complain.

Back to Jeb Bush's speech, a group of protesters shouted, "Black lives matter" at the event; while some white men in the crowd chanted 'white lives matter.“When my son steps out every day, I don’t know if he’s gonna step back in because of racial tension,” one woman says, before asking, “How do you relate to that?” “I relate to it by, as president, trying to create a society where there is civility and understanding,” Bush responds. “And to encourage mayors, leaders at the local level, to engage so that there’s not despair and isolation in communities.(1)"
